We’re no one special. Actually we are just like every married couple out there: susceptible to the schemes and attacks of the devil. Unfortunately, we had to discover that the hard way in 2012.

A week after our 10th anniversary, my husband told me he wanted a divorce. I was devastated. I crumbled before The Lord and He revealed all my sins that caused my marriage to fail. I couldn’t look away or blame anyone else. I asked forgiveness from God and my husband. However, my husband had moved on believing Satan’s lie that it was too late. That began a journey for me where God brought me closer to Him than I have ever been. He showed me the spiritual battle my husband was in. Through His Spirit and the support of a dear friend who led me to Rejoice Marriage Ministries, I learned to pray for my marriage and my husband.

What was impossible for man, God accomplished and brought my husband home. He broke it off with another woman and became devoted to our marriage. As reward for our obedience, God also fulfilled His promise of children after 10 years of infertility! We became pregnant a month after my husband came back home!

Now, we pray our testimony of God’s miracles can inspire others to believe that He can change their story too…one that’s even too beautiful to believe!
